The Tidewater School is a not-for-profit 501C3 corporation.

It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors whose primary responsibility to make certain that:

• The School is accountable financially.

• The School has a safe physical home for the implementation of the philosophy and curriculum.

• The staff provides a program consistent with the philosophy of the school.

The board membership is composed of concerned and motivated individuals from the community at large and the parent body.  These dedicated members are here to serve your children and are sincere in their task.  Meetings are held on a monthly basis unless there is a need for additional sessions.
