Each child's school records (health, academic, and any other supplemental files such as standardized assessments) are held in the strictest of confidence. These records are accessible to the child's teachers and to those individuals who serve in an administrative capacity which directly relating to the educational needs of the child. At no time are these records released without parental notification in writing. The notification must clearly state what information is to be released and to whom it is to be sent. No other person will have access to the student file unless there exists written parental permission. The student files are present at parent conferences and are available for review upon request.
